Use appropriate resources to facilitate individual student learning.

While learning about space and constellations. A projector was brought into the room to show the different constellations and how they move around the sky. Students were also able to visit a local planetarium to learn more.

To facilitate students learning of different Animal Habitats, we went to the zoo. Here students could see how the zoo keepers had designed each animals habitat to meet the animals needs.

Public Library books on the current topics being studied were placed in the classroom for students to study during free time and enhance their learning. Students were also then shown were they could find books on the same subject at the school library.

Students used the computers in the classroom on a daily basis. These were used to give personalize lessons on reading, spelling, and to enhance social studies and science lessons.
